1. Book Purchases
All products sold on www.ambooknetwork.in are books (physical or digital, as applicable).
Before making a purchase, customers are advised to carefully review:

2. Cancellation Policy
a) Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before the order is processed or shipped.
- Once an order is shipped or the digital content is delivered, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Refund Policy
a) Digital Products (eBooks / Digital Content)
- Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, refunds are not applicable.
- This is due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned.
b) Physical Books
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The book received is damaged
- The wrong book was delivered
- The book is missing pages or has printing defects
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier services
- Minor printing variations
- Orders cancelled after shipment
5. Refund Process

6. Affiliate Commission & Refunds
- If a customer’s order is refunded, the corresponding affiliate commission will be reversed or cancelled.
- Withdrawn commissions related to refunded orders may be adjusted in future payouts.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction or gateway charges deducted by payment providers may not be refundable and will be adjusted accordingly.
